Is the conditional postgraduate program in Canada visa application considered as ESL and College? or it is Considered as a College Certificate?

As a relatively newcomer in Vancouver, me and my family find it absolutely hard to get by with the way rent and basic cost of living is here. As much as we fell in love right away with the breathtaking views of the city, we are beginning to weigh in on our options to move out towards Kelowna, Chilliwack or even Nelson as we strive to earn our PR and eventually thrive in this province. Beautiful British Columbia, as it should always be, must strike the balance of accommodating new people here with and keeping the excellent views this city has by continuously developing the outer parts of Metro Vancouver for us to have options according to what we can afford and enjoy.

When the labour supply is abundant, industry is able to be much more selective, increasing competition for employment and making it significantly more difficult for people who fail to tick certain boxes to find employment. Ultimately, the nation state has a duty to its autochthonous and/or historical people-group first and foremost. There is no question that in a situation where labour is scarce, such as post-WW2, a man without much formal education and with a criminal record, can far more easily find employment. ...and why shouldn't ex-cons find work? Why shouldn't they be able to go straight and earn to pay their way? I don't have a criminal record, but I have made mistakes and done things I regret. When a criminal has paid their debt to society, they should have the opportunity to reintegrate. They may not be great people, but they are our people and most people deserve a second, sometimes even a third chance. Where I disagree with the man in the video is when he blames immigrants for his difficulties finding work. It's not the immigrants fault, it's the political establishment's fault for being so utterly irresponsible with immigration by permitting such unprecedented vast numbers to enter the UK in such a short period of time.

I think you need to define “immigrants”. I imagine the guy in the video is talking about illegals and mass migration. Totally different to, say, people that moved to New Zealand, legally, from England in the 1980’s, in low numbers. 1 in 5 Kiwis weren’t born in New Zealand, but I wouldn’t class most as ‘immigrants’ in the same category as what this guy is talking about.

Some of provinces have stopped the programs some of the have restored some of the programs as I heard. I don’t think that Canada will close all the doors, because this is the country which is made of immigrants. I think they will just reform those programs and our more requirements. Can you tell me is it counted more if I learn French in Canada? Or only my level is important, and it doesn’t matter where I learned French.
